Terms and Conditions

The basic digital package price of £399 includes: print ready digital magazine consisting of 16 pages in your choice of colours, graphic design (page layout), editing (proof reading - English language only), up to 3x PDF proofs.

For best results, it is recommended that the customer provide a high quality image for the front cover, ideally from a professional photographer, selfies are not accepted.

Optional extras will be discussed as and when necessary:
- Extra pages (in multiples of 4) £50
- 50 x 16 page A5 magazines printed, from £230
- Bespoke design within the magazine to compliment event theme POA.
- Creative writing £25 per article.
- Logo and branding which can be incorporated within the magazine from £75.

All designs remain the property of Wedition LTD™ and may be used on the L’Chaim! website and social media platforms after the date of the customer’s event. Wedition LTD™ may print off extra copies of the customer’s L’Chaim! magazine at the company’s own expense to use as samples for prospective customers. The customer must inform Wedition™ if they do not want their L’Chaim! magazine to be used as a sample.

Customer must gain permission for all photographs and quotations used in their copy of L’Chaim!

The deposit is non refundable, it is the customer's responsibility to provide all content by the final content submission date as detailed on the invoice.

International payments must include all fees so that the funds arriving in the Wedition LTD™ account matches those which are detailed on the invoice.

There may be a charge of £250 if the final content date is missed, this is due to extra hours being required as each customer’s L’Chaim! magazine has had time allocated accordingly. During busy periods it may be necessary to work unsociable hours in order to get the order completed if the customer has not provided the required content in time.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check spelling, content and layout and they will sign the following disclaimer before the order is submitted to the printers:
- “I have carefully checked spelling, content and layout. I understand that my
  document will print exactly as it appears in the final draft and I understand that I
  cannot make any changes once my order has been placed.”
